Set the foot massager in the upright position and place your feet on the treatment surface. Start at the lowest setting for the initial 1 to 2 minutes. Then, slowly increase the speed to a level that is comfortable for you.
DURATION: This treatment can be done for 5 to 10 minutes at a time, several times a day.
