Frequently Asked Questions
Should I use the Foot Massager barefoot or with shoes?
For optimal stimulation, it's best to use the Foot Massager barefoot. However, you will still experience increased circulation when using it with socks or shoes. Choose the option that provides the most comfort for your needs.
How long should I use it per session, and how often?
Use the massager for 15–20 minutes per session, once or twice a day. There's no harm in using it more frequently, but most customers find once or twice daily sufficient.
What speed or intensity should I start at?
Start at a low speed and gradually increase as you get comfortable. Some tingling or warmth during your first few sessions is normal, particularly if you have reduced circulation or nerve sensitivity. If you experience pain or discomfort at any speed, stop use and consult your physician.
How does MedMassager help reduce inflammation?
The Foot Massager and Body Massager promote enhanced blood circulation through targeted oscillation. This increased blood flow reduces inflammation by speeding up the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to affected areas, helping tissues heal and recover more efficiently.
What is the arch bar on the Foot Massager for?
The arch bar is specifically designed to massage the inside of your foot's arch when used barefoot. This provides direct stimulation to the plantar tendon and helps alleviate the pain and foot cramps associated with plantar fasciitis. The bar can also be used to massage the bottom of your toes and directly stimulate the heels.
What are the extra legs under the Foot Massager for?
The Foot Massager features a unique six-leg design that enhances stability and traction during use. The curved shape of the legs allows the massager to rock back and forth, deepening the massage experience by engaging more muscle areas.
Do any of your massagers have a heating option?
The Foot Massager and Body Massager enhance blood circulation through targeted oscillation, which naturally warms the treated area without artificial heating elements. The Neck Massager includes a built-in heat function for additional comfort.
