What is your return policy for online orders?
Our policy allows you to return your MedMassager.com purchase within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Can I return my product if it has been used?
You may return a used MedMassager device up to 30 days after purchase. However, because our units are personal-use items and cannot be resold as new once opened, a full refurbishment by our engineering team is required.
