How do I start a return or warranty claim?

What is your return policy for online orders?
You may return your MedMassager.com purchase within 30 days of the order date. Returned items must be clean and include all original accessories and packaging. View our full return policy here.
Can I return my product if it has been used?
Yes, used MedMassager devices may be returned as long as they are clean, undamaged, and include all original accessories and packaging. Products returned in used condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Can I return a warranty upgrade?
Warranty upgrades are non-refundable once purchased. They activate immediately and remain linked to your device for the full coverage period.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after your returned item is received and inspected.
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. Once an order is marked as delivered, we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund, but we’re happy to help guide you through filing a carrier claim. For returns, Checkout+ customers receive a prepaid label through our portal, while customers who opt out are responsible for return shipping and must purchase labels through the customer portal.
