Our return policy allows you to return your MedMassager unit within 30 days of purchase.
Can I return my MedMassager if it has been used?
You may return a used MedMassager device up to 30 days after purchase. However, because our units are personal-use items and cannot be resold as new once opened, a full refurbishment by our engineering team is required.
